Beautiful, extravagant and antique ring, second half of the 19th century, worked in 14 carat red gold,

The ring head is set with a rectangular black layered stone, onyx, finely carved cameo under the loupe,

Motif of the goddess of love Aphrodite , stepped ring shoulders, fine, wide ring band with floral design all around,

good condition with signs of wear due to age

Material:     585 red gold, tested, probably onyx layer stone

Provenance:  probably Germany around 1880/90
