In the period from the turn of the century around 1900 to the late Art Deco phase, one could often find in jewelry catalogs necklaces, 

adorned with a drop-shaped pendant set with real diamonds.

In a magnificent interplay of precious platinum and fine diamonds, the pendant appears as a pendulum shape. 

This timeless and dynamic swinging shape has been very popular since the beginning of the 20th century.

This antique necklace is of the highest quality and dates from around 1930.

The pendant is crafted in 14-karat yellow gold. The surface of the pendant is platinum-plated and set with diamonds. 

The chain is also made of 14 carat white gold. 

The chain is fitted with a safety clasp with a box clasp, hallmarked 585, allowing the necklace to be worn securely and without restriction.

The necklace is beautifully preserved and shines with a stylized drop set with numerous sparkling white diamonds.
