"Fin de Siécle" - the end of the century:

this is the name given to the years between 1890 and 1914. A wide range of different styles are shown at this time.

In addition to the successful Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles, the "garland style", for example, was also very popular.

In the garland style, forms from the 18th century were revived.

These include popular motifs such as bows, which were available in numerous different variations and a wide variety of materials.

Hardly any other motif symbolizes the "solidarity motif" more than the bow.

As a result, pieces of jewelry with bow motifs were very popular as gifts of friendship or love.

This stunning pendant dates from England around 1890/1900.

It is adorned with a classicist bow with a centrally placed, shimmering white pearl surrounded by numerous diamonds.

The center of the pendant is dedicated to a large green peridot.

It was already known to the Romans as the "emerald of the evening".

This late classicist pendant is of the highest quality and dates from around 188/1890.

The back of the pendant is crafted in 15 carat yellow gold, the front is platinum-plated and set with a large peridot, fine freshwater pearls and numerous diamonds set in the shape of a leaf.

The simple matching modern chain is 18 carat white gold.

The rare pendant is wonderfully preserved and radiates with the fresh color of the peridot.

A timeless classic pendant with an antique chain from around 1880/90.

The magnificent interplay of fine yellow gold and fine green peridot with enchanting freshwater pearls makes this pendant a must-have for all peridot lovers.

This antique piece of jewelry is an outstanding goldsmith's work by master craftsmen and we are proud to present such a dream piece in our range.
