ANTIQUE EARRINGS

Geometric, flat shapes with interesting surface finishes dominated the world of jewelry during the Art Deco period. 

From the turn of the century around 1900 until the late Art Deco period, you could often find pieces of jewelry in jewelry catalogs adorned with a drop-shaped or round gemstone, for example set with real diamonds or sapphires.

These beautiful antique earrings date from exactly this period around 1910/20 and are in the classic jewelry style of the 1920s.

The attractive long earrings are crafted in 14 carat yellow gold.

They are set with numerous old-cut diamonds and the earrings are each crowned by a large blue sapphire in a pendant drop.

The antique earrings have been fitted with contemporary, simple hoops, making them very comfortable to wear.

The long earrings are beautifully preserved.
