The teardrop-shaped aquamarine is encased in a narrow setting set with delicate, shimmering freshwater pearls.

The centrally placed classicist bow, also set with an aquamarine and pearls, forms the connection to the upper section of the earring.

Here, too, the light blue gemstone is repeated with white pearls.

These stunning antique earrings are of the highest quality and originate from aristocratic property from the late classicist period around 1870/80.

The bow earrings are crafted in high-quality 18-karat yellow gold, which was not exactly a matter of course at the time.

Only the upper middle classes and aristocracy could afford real gold.
