Geometric, flat shapes with interesting surface finishes dominated the world of jewelry

in the years of Art Déco. 

This antique ring has a classic elongated shape, set with a diamond in the center.

Another popular element of Art Déco is the so-called "millegriffes" technique.  

Here, elaborate contour decorations are worked into the surface as hemispherical grains.

The surface of the ring head was worked in the finest goldsmith's work with typical Art Déco elements and openwork. 

The ring expands into an elongated rectangular shape around the diamond.

The austere, flat and antique ring is crafted in 14-karat white gold and has stepped ring shoulders.

It is beautifully preserved. It shines with its great quality.
