set alternately with eight luminous opals in an oval cabochon cut and numerous diamonds

numerous diamonds in prong-set white gold, split bangle rail,

heavy and solid goldsmith work, box clasp with with safety chain and safety chain, 

very good condition with minor signs of wear due to age
