Beautiful antique cameo, second half of the 19th century, painstakingly crafted, carnelian comb,

beautiful motif "Lady with flower bouquet and putto"

The cameo is crafted in a 14 carat simple and timeless gold setting, the matching chain, which was added later, is also made of 14 carat yellow gold.

The carnelian cameo is in very good condition with minor signs of wear due to its age.
